David gave an instructional course lecture at the Australian Orthopaedic Association meeting in October 2013 in Darwin on Radial Head Fractures – An Algorithm of Care.

He was also involved in a panel discussion with Greg Hoy and Richard Page regarding arthroscopic reconstruction now being the treatment of choice, and clinical outcomes of 33 cases of symptomatic malunited or nonunited Mason II radial head fractures treated with radial head osteotomy and internal fixation with Tristan Rappo.
