In my practice as a shoulder and elbow specialist, clavicles are the most commonly fractured bone seen in the clinic.
Mal-United / Non-United Clavicle Fracture
Even if the clavicle has healed in an incorrect position many years ago, we have found that the bone can be re-broken and realigned into its previous normal position.
Clavicle Fracture Surgery
My preferred method of treatment in the majority of clavicle fractures is with a plate and screws.
